Sometimes NoteDex can get hung up on the login page. If this is happening it's usually a quick fix. We need to clear the app 'cache'.
If you are on a Windows computer and using the Windows App please watch this video
If you are on a Windows or Mac (or any device) using the Web app (ie. you are at notedex.app page) please watch this video
If you are on a Mac or iPad using the App, please try to uninstall the app and try to re-install.
