201.8 Trouble Logging In?

Sometimes NoteDex can get hung up on the login page. If this is happening it's usually a quick fix. We need to clear the app 'cache'.


If you are on a Windows computer and using the Windows App please watch this video and this video (clear the cookies from the app and then go into your webbrowser and also clear notedex.app (we leverage notedex.app web in the app).


If you are on a Windows or Mac (or any device) using the Web app (ie. you are at notedex.app page) please watch this video and also this video


If you are on a Mac or iPad using the App, please try to uninstall the app and try to re-install.  


If you continue to have problems please contact us at support - create a support ticket.
