How to reset my password?

There are 2 ways to login to NoteDex, so to reset your password works in 2 different ways.

If you have created a NoteDex user account, with a username and password, then you can reset your password by following these instructions: (See end of article to determine if you have a NoteDex user account).

How to Reset NoteDex Password

1) Logout of NoteDex

2) On login screen click 'Forgot Password'

3) Enter your email and then you will get a verification code. Once entered you can reset your password

Alternatively:

If you are using Microsoft, Google or Apple to login then you will login to your account in Microsoft, Google or Apple itself and reset your password there.

How do I know if I have a 'NoteDex Account"?  

In the top section of the NoteDex page you see your name 'Hi Prem' for instance. When you click on that it will give you details about your login including the login type.  If it says 'ADB2C' that means you are using a NoteDex user account and the above method to reset your password will work.  It will say "Microsoft, Google or Apple' if you are using their method to login.
