How to edit a Stack name?
If you want to rename a Stack, click the text area under the Stack and there you can set the name of the Stack
How to edit a Card name?
If you want to rename a card then edit the title of the card inside the card itself. The title of the card will be shown as the card name in the thumbnail view.
